Returns
Due to the personal nature of skincare and grooming products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval.
Return Approval
To request a return, contact us at hello@nneloveskincare.com with your order number and reason for return. Approved returns must be shipped back in original packaging.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non‑refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can assist you.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you may return an item and place a new order.

Used products, final sale items, and gift cards are non‑returnable.
